Maynard Community Band |
Why should YOU join the Maynard Community Band?
- You'll get a chance to meet new friends who share a love of playing music together.
- You'll get a chance to play a variety of music including waltzes, marches, polkas, latin music, big band/dance band songs, patriotic songs, Christmas songs, and even show tunes!
- During one of our concerts you might witness one of your friends, family members, or neighbors conducting the Maynard Community Band as a guest conductor (be sure to have your camera ready!)
- You do NOT need to audition to join the band and there aren't any membership fees.
- You'll have a great time (I promise!)
The Maynard Community Band welcomes new musicians of all instrumental talents and ages are encouraged to join us. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 7 - 9 PM at the Concord Street Circle Senior Center. Just bring your instrument and a music stand.
